Scrumptious Red Velvet Smoothie Bowl Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 small beet, cut in cubes and frozen
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 Medjool Dates
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp Maca powder (optional)
- 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup nut milk (slightly more if needed to blend)
Preparation
Combine frozen cherries, frozen beet cubes, frozen banana, Medjool Dates, cacao powder, Maca powder (if using), chia seeds, and nut milk in a blender.
Blend all the ingredients until a creamy ice cream-like consistency forms. If the mixture is too hard to blend, allow it to thaw slightly before blending.
In the second picture, raspberries and strawberries were used instead of cherries.
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
