Twilight Berry Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 cups of non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 3 tbs of maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of smashed blackberries
- 1/2 cup of smashed blueberries
Preparation
Add all of your ingredients to a bowl excluding berries, stir well, and let sit in the fridge overnight (or at least 5 hours )
Place a layer of chia pudding in dish of choice, add smashed berries and repeat alternating layers until everything is used up
