Twilight Berry Parfait


  • 2 cups of non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 3 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of smashed blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of smashed blueberries


  1. Add all of your ingredients to a bowl excluding berries, stir well, and let sit in the fridge overnight (or at least 5 hours )

  2. Place a layer of chia pudding in dish of choice, add smashed berries and repeat alternating layers until everything is used up

  3. Garnish with fresh berries, and enjoy???? #threebunnies
