Falafel Below
Ingredients
- 1 x 400g can of chickpeas, drained
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 10g fresh parley, finely chopped
- 10g fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp rose harissa
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 50g gram flour
- Juice of half a lemon
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blitz into a thick paste. Wet your hands (to stop sticking) and roll ping pong ball size balls
Heat a non-stick frying pan on a medium to high heat and add a good drizzle of oil. Fry the falafel balls for 4 mins, turning and flipping until golden and cooked all over. Done
