Healthy Vegan Chocolate Dessert Hummus Dip
Ingredients
- 150 grams cooked chickpeas
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 a banana
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Almond milk as needed to adjust the consistency
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients with enough almond milk to achieve the desired consistency.
Dust with more cocoa or chocolate sauce and top with flaked almonds or cacao nibs as desired.
Add a couple of teaspoons of coconut flour to transform it into cookie dough hummus.
