Quick Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- mini chocolate chips
Preparation
In a microwaveable bowl, whisk together one egg, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
Stir in 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
Add 2 tablespoons almond milk and mini chocolate chips.
Microwave for 60-80 seconds or until set.
Top with peanut butter, peanuts, or whatever you like.
Substitutions
Use 1/3 cup almond flour instead of coconut flour.
Any oil can be used instead of avocado oil.
Honey can be used instead of maple syrup.
