Immune-Boosting Vitamin C Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 big handful of spinach
- 1-2 bananas
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 kiwi
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 2 squeezes of lemon
- 1 scoop of Vital Proteins
Preparation
Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender (such as Vitamix).
Blend until smooth.
