Ingredients

  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • 1-2 bananas
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 squeezes of lemon
  • 1 scoop of Vital Proteins

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender (such as Vitamix).
