Our Hummus Deviled Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 mini russet potatoes boiled
- 1 1/2 cups of soaked chikpeas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1tbs tahini
- 2 tbs of fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup and 2 tbs of filtered water
- 1/2 tsp of pink himalayan salt
- sprinkle of cumin
- grape tomatoes
- kalamata olives
- sprouts
Preparation
Slice potatoes in halves and use a spoon to gently scoop out filling
Combine remaing ingredients excluding tomatoes, olives, and sprouts into a blender or food processor
Blend until smooth
Fill in potatoes with hummus
Top with tomatoes, olives, and sprouts
Garnish with lemon zest and fresh cracked black pepper and enjoy???? #threebunnies
