Gingerbread Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup brazil nuts
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 6 apricots
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-1.5 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Blitz the nuts and dried fruit first in a food processor and then add all the other ingredients and blitz again until you can press the mixture together

  2. Form into balls and refrigerate to firm up
