Vegan Gingerbread Protein Balls Snack
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup Brazil nuts
- 3 Medjool dates
- 6 apricots
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-1.5 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
Preparation
Blitz the nuts and dried fruit first in a food processor.
Add all the other ingredients and blitz again until you can press the mixture together.
Form into balls.
Refrigerate to firm up.
