Triple-Decker Toasty Pb&j Waffle

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt coconut cereal
  • 1 egg
  • Half ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cashew milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional: protein boost that keeps me full longer)
  • 1 tsp maca (optional: natural energy)
  • Dahses of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Blend wet ingredient in a food processor, add dry ingredients, blend well

  2. Pour into a sprayed waffle maker

  3. Toppings
