Vegan Food
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of salt. then add in 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup yogurt (i used plain greek)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup almond milk. mix until well combined and let sit in fridge for 4 hours or overnight. in morning
- add almond milk until desired texture. top with toppings of choice! i did nut butter
