Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of salt. then add in 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (i used plain greek)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk. mix until well combined and let sit in fridge for 4 hours or overnight. in morning
  • add almond milk until desired texture. top with toppings of choice! i did nut butter
  • banana
  • and granola
