2-Min No-Fuss Vegan Fro-Yo

Ingredients

  • 150g Frozen Berries
  • 100g Yogurt (dairy free if preferred)

Preparation

  1. Whizz both the Berries and Yogurt (remember to use a creamy plant-based yoghurt) in a food blender until smooth

  2. Serve immediately with some frozen Blueberries (AKA the best thing in the world!) & Roasted Coconut Flakes (up to 1/4 cup but you only really need a tablespoon or so)

  3. Voila
