Fluffy Banana Pancakes with Hazelnuts & Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 dl oats (gluten free if you want)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 4 dl vegan milk (for example soy or oat)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 tsp baking powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 0,5 tsp salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 4 tbsp water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 3 tbsp agave⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 tbsp cacao⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients for the pancake batter in a high speed blender.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  2. Heat a frying pan (optional to add a litlbit of oil if needed) and fry the pancakes on medium heat for about 2 minutes per side until gluten brown. (I use ca 4 tbsp batter per pancake and make 3 pancakes at a time.)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  3. Make the chocolate sauce by putting the ingredients in a sauce pan, whisk and let it sit on medium heat until it starts to bubble, then remove from heat.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  4. I served my stack with extra sliced bananas and chopped hazelnuts!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
