Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of chikpeas
  • 2 tbs of chopped beet root
  • 2 tbs of tahini
  • 1 tbs of lemon juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp of cumin
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 3/8 tsp of pink himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and combine well
