Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup of chikpeas
- 2 tbs of chopped beet root
- 2 tbs of tahini
- 1 tbs of lemon juice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp of olive oil
- 1/4 tsp of cumin
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 3/8 tsp of pink himalayan salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in food processor and combine well
