Maqui Blueberry Chia Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maqui powder
  • 1/4 cup of black chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix 2 cups of coconut milk with, 1 Tbsp Maqui powder, a 1/4 cup of black chia seeds and a 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries. I used #myvitamix

  2. Pop it in the fridge and let it sit for a good 10 minutes and mix it again, so the chia seeds expand properly and don't clump to the bottom. Repeat this 1-2 times until the seeds expands properly. Best results: leave overnight

  3. Finally pour it into popsicle mold, freeze overnight, sprinkle some coconut shreds! Note: color changes as seeds expand. Enjoy
