Vanilla Blueberry Protein Shake in a Jar
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup @lovemysilk nut protein milk
- 1 scoop @sunwarriortribe vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and layer it as you wish.
For layering, add granola and top with more granola, extra blueberries, and a drizzle of @simpletruth4u almond butter.
