Vanilla Blueberry Protein Shake in a Jar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup @lovemysilk nut protein milk
  • 1 scoop @sunwarriortribe vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender and layer it as you wish.

  2. For layering, add granola and top with more granola, extra blueberries, and a drizzle of @simpletruth4u almond butter.
