Raw Vegan Sushi

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cauliflower
  • spiralized carrots
  • sliced purple cabbage
  • sliced cucumber
  • diced avocado
  • edamame beans
  • seaweed strips

Preparation

  1. Blend cauliflower into into a high speed blender or food processor until rice like texture forms

  2. Top with veggies and serve with sauce of choice(we used soy sauce)
