Raw Vegan Sushi
Ingredients
- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- spiralized carrots
- sliced purple cabbage
- sliced cucumber
- diced avocado
- edamame beans
- seaweed strips
Preparation
Blend cauliflower into into a high speed blender or food processor until rice like texture forms
Top with veggies and serve with sauce of choice(we used soy sauce)
