Super Easy Healthy Layered Smoothie

Ingredients

  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • banana
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon goji berries
  • homemade toasted blackcurrant granola
  • quinoa puffs
  • goji berries
  • 1 teaspoon manuka honey
  • chia seeds
  • coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder
  • 1 teaspoon almond powder
  • almond milk

Preparation

  1. Soak chia seeds in coconut water overnight.

  2. Blend the bottom layer ingredients: blueberries, blackberries, banana, spinach, kiwifruit, cacao powder, and goji berries until smooth.

  3. Mix the middle layer ingredients: homemade toasted blackcurrant granola, quinoa puffs, goji berries, manuka honey, and the soaked chia seeds.

  4. Blend the top layer ingredients: blueberries, banana, acai powder, almond powder, and almond milk until smooth.

  5. Assemble the smoothie by layering the bottom mixture, then the middle mixture, and finally the top mixture in a glass or bowl. Serve immediately.
