Super Easy Healthy Layered Smoothie
Ingredients
- blueberries
- blackberries
- banana
- handful of spinach
- 1 kiwifruit
- 1/2 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon goji berries
- homemade toasted blackcurrant granola
- quinoa puffs
- goji berries
- 1 teaspoon manuka honey
- chia seeds
- coconut water
- 1 teaspoon acai powder
- 1 teaspoon almond powder
- almond milk
Preparation
Soak chia seeds in coconut water overnight.
Blend the bottom layer ingredients: blueberries, blackberries, banana, spinach, kiwifruit, cacao powder, and goji berries until smooth.
Mix the middle layer ingredients: homemade toasted blackcurrant granola, quinoa puffs, goji berries, manuka honey, and the soaked chia seeds.
Blend the top layer ingredients: blueberries, banana, acai powder, almond powder, and almond milk until smooth.
Assemble the smoothie by layering the bottom mixture, then the middle mixture, and finally the top mixture in a glass or bowl. Serve immediately.
