  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha
  • lime essential oil
  • coconut milk (for green smoothie)
  • 1 ripe plum
  • few raspberries
  • handful of mangoes
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • coconut milk (for orange smoothie)

Preparation
