Strawberry Cinnamon Oatmeal with Yogurt and Maple
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- 3 strawberries, diced
- 2 tbsp yogurt (coconut yogurt)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add oats, chia, cinnamon, strawberries, and milk to a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer and allow to cook and thicken for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup, salt, and yogurt.
Top bowl with additional fresh strawberries, more yogurt, and an extra drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
