Strawberry Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 3 strawberries, diced
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (i used coconut yogurt from @culinayogurt)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add oats, chia, cinnamon, and strawberries, and milk to a saucepan

  2. Bring to a simmer and allow to cook and thicken for 5 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup, salt and yogurt

  4. Top bowl with additional fresh strawberries, more yogurt and an extra drizzle of maple syrup if desired
