Sunny Oat Bowl

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150ml @barebells
  • uk vanilla shake (can use protein powder mixed with a plant based milk)

Preparation

  1. I leave mine in the fridge overnight and then pop in @shopcocabana bowl top with @myproteinuk peanut butter mango, raspberries and more @barebells

  2. Uk shake
