Super Seed Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup medjool dates, pitted (about 6 large dates)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon O3 Superfoods Flax Butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Coating

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Process the pitted medjool dates in a food processor until they form a paste.

  2. In a bowl, combine the date paste with rolled oats, tahini, maple syrup, raw cacao powder, hemp hearts, O3 Superfoods Flax Butter, vanilla, and sea salt, mixing until well combined.

  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.

  4. Coat the balls by rolling them in sesame seeds.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
