4-Ingredient Vegan Queso
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked sweet potato
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup chipotle salsa
Preparation
Add cooked sweet potato, coconut milk and nutritional yeast to a small blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add to a small saucepan and heat with salsa.
Serve warm with lime wedges, jalapeño slices and chips.
