4-Ingredient Vegan Queso

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup chipotle salsa

Preparation

  1. Add cooked sweet potato, coconut milk and nutritional yeast to a small blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add to a small saucepan and heat with salsa.

  3. Serve warm with lime wedges, jalapeño slices and chips.
