7-Ingredient Raspberry and Cranberry Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- cranberry sauce
- frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or golden syrup or agave nectar
Preparation
Cut a puff pastry sheet into 18 squares while it is chilled, or into 9 squares if using only half the sheet.
Top each square with some cranberry sauce and frozen raspberries.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
For the drizzle, whisk together the following on low heat (double the amounts if making for 18 squares): 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 3 tablespoons icing sugar, 1 tablespoon water, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over the baked puffs.
Optionally, dust with a little cinnamon.
