Avocado and Spirulina Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen avocados, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina (Okami Bio)
  • 1 soy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Juice of 1 green lime

Chocolate topping

  • 50g dark chocolate (70%)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer.

  3. Melt 50g of dark chocolate (70%) with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the frozen mixture.

  5. Return to the freezer and let it cool for about 20 minutes.

  6. Enjoy the ice cream.
