Avocado and Spirulina Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 frozen avocados, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon spirulina (Okami Bio)
- 1 soy yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable milk
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Juice of 1 green lime
Chocolate topping
- 50g dark chocolate (70%)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Preparation
In a blender, mix all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer.
Melt 50g of dark chocolate (70%) with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
Pour the melted chocolate over the frozen mixture.
Return to the freezer and let it cool for about 20 minutes.
Enjoy the ice cream.
