Twin Pink and Blue Nice Cream
Ingredients
Pink nice cream
- 3 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}
- 100g frozen strawberries
- 100g frozen mango
- 100g frozen pineapple
- 80g frozen cauliflower {steamed before freezing}
- 50ml unsweetened almond milk
- 4 tsp unicorn superfoods pink pitaya powder
- 1 tsp unicorn superfoods antioxidant powder
Blue nice cream
- 3 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}
- 300g frozen mango
- 100g frozen zucchini {steamed before freezing}
- 80g frozen cauliflower {steamed before freezing}
- 50ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2-3 tsp unicorn superfoods blue spirulina powder
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until super smooth and creamy.
Eat immediately or place in the freezer until you are ready to eat.
Tips
Use a high-speed blender like Vitamix for best results.
