Banana Bread Choats
Ingredients
- e 2 T of chia seeds
- 1 cup of oats and 1.5 cups of plant based milk
- 2 T of maple syrup
- half a ripe banana
- 2 T of plant based yogurt
- blue spirulina powder
Preparation
In one bowl combine 2 T of chia seeds, 1 cup of oats and 1.5 cups of plant based milk. I use a bit more to make it creamier.
Stir in 2 T of maple syrup.
Mash half a ripe banana.
Stir in 2 T of plant based yogurt.
Warm up on stovetop if you wish.
Stir in blue spirulina powder.
Top with fav toppings
