Banana Bread Choats⁣

Ingredients

  • e 2 T of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of oats and 1.5 cups of plant based milk
  • 2 T of maple syrup
  • half a ripe banana
  • 2 T of plant based yogurt
  • blue spirulina powder

Preparation

  1. In one bowl combine 2 T of chia seeds, 1 cup of oats and 1.5 cups of plant based milk. I use a bit more to make it creamier.⁣

  2. Stir in 2 T of maple syrup.⁣

  3. Mash half a ripe banana.⁣

  4. Stir in 2 T of plant based yogurt.⁣

  5. Warm up on stovetop if you wish.⁣

  6. Stir in blue spirulina powder.⁣

  7. Top with fav toppings
