Vegan Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 extra banana for decoration
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp oat milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
Preparation
In a bowl, mash your bananas with a fork
Add flour, baking powder, light brown sugar, desiccated coconut, coconut oil and oat milk
Stir to combine
In another bowl, add 1/3 of the banana bread batter together with cocoa powder
Stir to combine
In a lined baking tray, layer the two batters like in the video to create pretty swirls
Slice the last banana in half lengthwise and place it on top of your banana bread before baking it in the oven at 180°c / 356°f for 45 minutes
