Microwave Blueberry Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. almond milk {or any milk}
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tbsp. almond or cashew flour
- 1 tbsp. coconut/oat/all purpose flour {or vanilla protein powder}
- 1 tbsp. coconut sugar {optional}
- 2-3 tbsp. blueberries
Preparation
In a microwaveable mug, whisk together the egg, mashed banana, & almond milk
Stir in the dry ingredients, fold in the blueberries, and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes! i topped mine with banana slices & coconut ッ
