Cranberry Orange Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour {or regular}
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar {or regular sugar}
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup oil {i used olive oil}
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup cranberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350f & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder
In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, orange juice, oil, and egg
Pour the wet into the dry & stir until well combined
Pour the batter into the 8x8 & bake for 23 minutes! {let cool before cutting slices}
I topped mine with yogurt + orange pulp!
