Simple Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill flour}
  • 1/3 cup date sugar {I used @thedatelady sugar}
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter {I used @califiafarms butter}
  • 6 tbsp. milk {I used almond milk}
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips {the @enjoylifefoods ones are my fav}

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter, & milk.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder—then add in the chocolate chips.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until a dough ball forms. {I used my hands towards the end}

  5. Roll dough into 15 balls, flatten, & bake for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
