Easy S'mores Bars with Chocolate and Marshmallows
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour or regular
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup oil (used olive oil)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chunks
- marshmallows (used @snackapade marshmallows)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line an 8x8 baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, oil, and egg.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Stir in the chocolate, pour the batter into the 8x8 dish, top with marshmallows and extra chocolate, and bake for 23 minutes. Let cool before cutting slices.
