Cake Batter Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour {or regular}
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar {or regular sugar}
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup oil {i used olive oil}
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350f & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, oil, and egg

  4. Pour the wet into the dry & stir until well combined

  5. Stir in the chocolate chips, pour the batter into the 8x8 dish, top with sprinkles, & bake for 23 minutes! {let cool before cutting slices; i topped mine with yogurt + more sprinkles!}
