Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 cup frozen berries and 40g Huel Vanilla smoothie powder. This makes a thick smoothie so you may want to add an extra 1/2 cup of milk if you prefer it thinner
Preparation
This was the first thing I've made with @gethuel so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it tasted really nice, blended well with the berries and no powdery feel in the mouth. You can bake with it too so I can't wait to try that
I've ramped up the running this week - I need to increase my weekly mileage - so far I've been getting up to run before my husband goes to work and the weather has been gorgeous. I'm so lucky to live by the coast as the scenery is beautiful. I'm not sure if enjoy it so much if I had to run through streets every day
