Bl(a)t on a Sweet Potato Waffle Bun
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato (after taking skin off)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of coconut flour
Preparation
Put these babies together for a giant delicious sandwich. To make the buns I just shredded 1 large sweet potato (after taking skin off), added 1 egg and 1/4 cup of coconut flour & put in waffle machine
