Boonana Pop
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 250g vegan-friendly white chocolate
- 1 cup nut butter of choice
- 40g vegan-friendly milk or dark chocolate
Preparation
Cut the bananas in half and insert a wooden stick into each. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat and freeze for 1 hour.
Dunk the pops into the nut butter, lay back on the tray and freeze for another hour or so until the nut butter has solidified a little.
Melt the dark chocolate and pipe eye and mouth shapes onto a lined baking tray and freeze for 5 minutes to set.
Dip the pops in the melted white chocolate to coat and freeze them again for 15 minutes to set.
Add the chocolate eyes and mouths (you can use some melted chocolate to secure them) or skip this step and directly draw faces on the pops!
Eat immediately or freeze until ready to serve
