Boonana Pop

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas⁣
  • 250g vegan-friendly white chocolate ⁣
  • 1 cup nut butter of choice
  • 40g vegan-friendly milk or dark chocolate ⁣

Preparation

  1. Cut the bananas in half and insert a wooden stick into each. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat and freeze for 1 hour.⁣

  2. Dunk the pops into the nut butter, lay back on the tray and freeze for another hour or so until the nut butter has solidified a little.⁣

  3. Melt the dark chocolate and pipe eye and mouth shapes onto a lined baking tray and freeze for 5 minutes to set. ⁣

  4. Dip the pops in the melted white chocolate to coat and freeze them again for 15 minutes to set.⁣

  5. Add the chocolate eyes and mouths (you can use some melted chocolate to secure them) or skip this step and directly draw faces on the pops! ⁣

  6. Eat immediately or freeze until ready to serve
