Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- tofu
- extra virgin olive oil
- turmeric and smoked paprika
- an avocado
- tbsp of nutritional yeast and chia seeds
- squirt of lemon
- season to taste
Preparation
Step 1: rinse and press the tofu in a paper towel, slice it and place it in a hot pan with a dash of extra virgin olive oil -
Step 2: cook the tofu on a pan until crispy, add a bit of turmeric and smoked paprika, flip them half way -
Step 3: in a bowl mash an avocado ?, add a tbsp of nutritional yeast and chia seeds. And a squirt of lemon ? season to taste
Step 4: spread the avocado on two wholemeal slightly toasted, then add the tofu on top to make a sandwich
