Brown Rice Vegetable Bowl with Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- brown rice curls
- black beans
- spinach
- kale
- beet sauerkraut
Tahini sauce components
- ~1 tablespoon tahini
- a few shakes garlic powder
- juice of 1/3 lemon
- lemon zest to taste
- water as needed
Preparation
Combine approximately 1 tablespoon tahini, a few shakes of garlic powder, juice from one-third of a lemon, lemon zest to taste, and enough water to thicken. Stir until smooth.
Assemble the bowl by combining brown rice curls, black beans, spinach, kale, and the prepared tahini sauce in a bowl. Add beet sauerkraut on the side.
