Buffalo Cauliflower Wings Again

Ingredients

  • 3/4 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup of almond meal
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup of our mango-pineapple-habanero sauce (or any other hot sauce)

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl combine almond meal, water, salt, garlic powder, and paprika 2

  2. Dip cauliflower in batter until evenly coated and lay on non stick backing pan 3

  3. Bake for 10 min on 450f

  4. Flip over and bake for another 5 minutes

  5. Combine coconut butter and habanero sauce

  6. Once cauliflowers are done coat evenly in coconut butter - hot sauce mixture 7

  7. Put back in the oven for 8-10 minutes

  8. Once finished allow to cool for a few minutes & enjoy with our garden goddess dressing
