Burger and Chips Night

  • First time making salsa
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • Salt n pepper
  • Splash of garlic olive oil —

Preparation

  1. I’ve started to ‘massage’ my kale in a tiny bit of coconut oil and lemon juice and it’s sooooo much tastier than just stir fried or steamed!! ———

  2. Felt I needed all the veggies that the fridge had to offer after being away but it was a classic case of eyes too big for belly....but that does mean leftovers for the boy tomorrow
