I’ve started to ‘massage’ my kale in a tiny bit of coconut oil and lemon juice and it’s sooooo much tastier than just stir fried or steamed!! ———
Felt I needed all the veggies that the fridge had to offer after being away but it was a classic case of eyes too big for belly....but that does mean leftovers for the boy tomorrow
