Burnt Aubergine and Spinach Curry
Ingredients
- 225g self raising flour
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Water
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together with enough water to make a dough
Knead the dough until smooth and leave for 15 minutes
Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll out until very thin. Add to a frying pan with a splash of oil and cook each side until slightly brown
