Burnt Aubergine and Spinach Curry

Ingredients

  • 225g self raising flour
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Water

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together with enough water to make a dough

  2. Knead the dough until smooth and leave for 15 minutes

  3. Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll out until very thin. Add to a frying pan with a splash of oil and cook each side until slightly brown
