Cantaloupe Chia Pudding Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup of filtered water
  • 1/8 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 cantaloupe halved
  • Purple grapes
  • Sliced kiwi
  • Raspberries

Preparation

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients into a medium sized container

  2. Stir well and cover.

  3. Place in fridge for 4 hours.

  4. Remove chia pudding from fridge.

  5. Remove seeds from cantaloupe and replace with chia pudding.

  6. Top with fruits and enjoy
