Cheezy Turmeric Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 250 grams kale (1 large bunch), chop and remove stalks
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp chilli flakes or cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 170 degrees c
Add chopped kale to large mixing bowl
Drizzle with olive oil and gently massage through the kale
Add spices and gently mix through
Spread kale in a single layer on a greased and lined baking tray (you may need to bake in 2 batches)
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy, turning occasionally
Allow to cool slightly, serve and enjoy
Add salt and pepper to taste
