Chia Pudding, Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- For the chia pudding mix 4 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp Alpro vanilla soy yoghurt, 200ml Oatly oat milk and 1 tbsp maple syrup and leave for at least 1 hour to set
- For the green smoothie: blend 1 avocado, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp matcha powder, a squirt of agave syrup and about 1/4 cup Oatly oatmilk
