Chickpea Cookie Dough with Peanut Butter Cup
Ingredients
- 1 can of washed drained tinned chickpeas uncooked
- 20g vanilla soy isolate
- 150ml almond milk
- 10g powdered peanut butter
- 10ml agave syrup
Toppings
- Loveraw chocolate cups (peanut butter, salted caramel, hazelnut butter)
- Dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Drain and wash the chickpeas.
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender.
Place the mixture into a bowl, or eat directly from the blender as preferred.
Toppings
Add Loveraw chocolate cups for topping, such as peanut butter cup flavor.
Add dark chocolate chips for extra flavor and texture.
Choose from other Loveraw fillings like salted caramel or hazelnut butter based on preference.
