Chocolate & Cookies Chia Pudding Bowl

Ingredients

  • 200 g ripe bananas
  • 1/2 can light coconut cream (200 ml) with the liquid
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 10 g cacao powder
  • 10 g honey/agave
  • Mini vanilla chocolate chips (e.g., @kookie.cat.cookies)
  • Blueberries
  • Shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend together ripe bananas, light coconut cream (including the liquid), chia seeds, cacao powder, and honey/agave until smooth.

  2. Transfer the blended mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top the pudding with mini vanilla chocolate chips, blueberries, and shredded coconut.

  4. Optionally, you can refrigerate the pudding overnight without toppings and enjoy it in the morning.
