Chocolate & Cookies Chia Pudding Bowl
Ingredients
- 200 g ripe bananas
- 1/2 can light coconut cream (200 ml) with the liquid
- 15 g chia seeds
- 10 g cacao powder
- 10 g honey/agave
- Mini vanilla chocolate chips (e.g., @kookie.cat.cookies)
- Blueberries
- Shredded coconut
Preparation
Blend together ripe bananas, light coconut cream (including the liquid), chia seeds, cacao powder, and honey/agave until smooth.
Transfer the blended mixture into a bowl.
Top the pudding with mini vanilla chocolate chips, blueberries, and shredded coconut.
Optionally, you can refrigerate the pudding overnight without toppings and enjoy it in the morning.
