Healthy Chocolate Chia Puddings with Oreo Cookies 🍫🌱

Ingredients

  • 250 g ripe bananas
  • 1 can light coconut cream (400 ml)
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 10 g cacao powder
  • 10 g Forest of Herbs Brownie kiss superfood mix (or substitute with cacao powder)
  • 40 g honey or agave
  • Oreo cookies and mint leaves for decoration

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine ripe bananas, light coconut cream (including the water in the can), chia seeds, cacao powder, Forest of Herbs Brownie kiss superfood mix (or cacao powder substitute), and honey/agave. Blend until smooth.

  2. Blend some Oreo cookies separately until they resemble soil-like texture.

  3. In clear glasses, layer the pudding: pour in some of the blended mixture, add a layer of crumbled Oreo cookies, then add more pudding, and top with another layer of Oreo cookies.

  4. Garnish the top with mint leaves.

  5. Refrigerate the puddings for a while to chill before serving.
