Chocolate Hummus Dip with Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed or almond butter
- 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A small pinch of salt
- 4-5 pitted dates for extra sweetness (optional)
Preparation
In a food processor, blend all ingredients together scrapping sides as you go until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl and dig in!
