Chocolate Orange Rye Pancakes with Cbd Infusion
Ingredients
- 125g rye flour
- 1 tbsp ground chia/flaxseed
- 550ml soya milk
- 10g cacao powder
- 1 tsp orange oil
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the rye flour and ground chia/flaxseed.
Gradually whisk in the soya milk to create a smooth batter. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes, then give it another whisk.
Incorporate the cacao powder and orange oil into the batter, ensuring they are evenly mixed.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Using a spoon, pour a thin layer of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly with the back of the spoon.
Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip it over.
Cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve the chocolate orange rye pancakes warm, with toppings of your choice.
