Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Oats with Chocolate Shell ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฅœ

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp choc fudge protein (from @unicornsuperfoods)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 squares dark chocolate
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, choc fudge protein, cacao powder, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla powder until the mixture thickens.

  2. Take a glass and add half of the oat mixture.

  3. Layer sliced bananas over the oat mixture in the glass.

  4. Add the remaining half of the oat mixture on top of the banana layer.

  5. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the top oat layer.

  6. Place the dark chocolate squares on top of the peanut butter layer.

  7. Sprinkle the assembled mixture with cacao nibs.

  8. Put the glass into the fridge and allow the shell to harden.
